May this building serves as a reflection of modernization in this place, and with this, I hope that the employees will be inspired in delivering their respective duties and responsibilitiesto the public”. Moreover, it was clearly emphasized by RED Adorable and RTD Butic that the building was purposely erected to serve as storage center of all records of CENRO Siocon (LMS, FMS, PAWCZMS, Admin.) and as a nerve center where electronic gadgets will be installed for easy and fast communication with Top Management and vice versa.
