The Caballeros de Colon (Knights of Columbus) of Nuestra Señora Virgen del Pilar Assembly Fourth Degree in the Philippines- CAN 1993 will have its 27th Installation of Assembly Officers on August 20, 2011 at Crystal Ballroom, Grand Astoria Hotel, Mayor Jaldon Street, Zamboanga City.

Mayor Celso L. Lobregat has been invited to be its Guest of Honor and Speaker while SK Pedro M. Rodriguez, Jr., the Vice Supreme Master of the 4th degree in the Philippines will give an Inspirational Message. The installation theme is” God’s Love is Universal”.

The officers to be installed for Columbian Year 2011-12 are the following, to wit: SK Jose Q. Tan,Jr —  Faithful Navigator; SK Victor A. Liozo, Jr — Faithful Captain; SK Alejandro C. Navato —  Faithful Admiral; SK Tomas Guevara, Jr. — Faithful Scribe; SK Mario S. Cabanlit — Faithful Comptroller; SK Arturo C.Tolentino — Faithful Purser; SK Manuel V. Buen —  Faithful Pilot; SK Rolando A, Alba — Faithful Trustee 1 year; SK Nestor M. Miranda, Sr.— Faithful Trustee 2 years; SK Teofilo 0. Estero, Jr.— Faithful Trustee 3 years; SK Medardo S. Alido —  Faithful Sentinel; SK Jose A. Pastor — Faithful Outer Sentinel; SK Ronald M. Ipac — Chairman on Patriotism; SK Alfredo A Camins — Chairman on Membership; SK Alvin T. Tahir — Chairman on Credentials and Most Rev. Romulo G. Valles.D.D. — Faithful Friar SK Crisostomo T. Lagare, District Master based in Pagadian City will be the Installation Officer and to be assisted by the district warden. Prior to the Installation Ceremony a Mass will be held at the MCIC-Cathedral at 5:00 p.m. to be attended by the Assembly Officers and members.

This is Tan’s 2nd term as Faithful Navigator of the Nuestra Senora Virgen del Pilar Assembly.

Who are the Fourth Degree knights of Columbus? They are”
