LIFE’S INSPIRATIONS: “…`Can we find anyone like this man, one in whom is the spirit of God?’...” (the Pharaoh of Egypt, in Genesis 41:38, the Holy Bible).

AND KNK GOES FOR DUTERTE, MARCOS: The Anak ng Diyos Kadugo Ni Kristo (Children of God Blood Kin of the Christ) Church announced it is voting as a block for Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte as president and Sen. Ferdinand Marcos as vice president during the May 09, 2016 elections.

General Evangelist Pastora Aida Rabang said the Church arrived at a decision after a dialogue between its Leader Disciple and its different preachers at its temporary Central Temple in Diliman, Quezon City on Saturday, 30 April 2016.

The AND KNK is a Christian church formally established in the Philippines in 2007. It is not affiliated with any other church, whether in the country or abroad. Its principal doctrine is that Jesus is God and Savior. It espouses the belief that it is the Church that Jesus built in the Far East (announced in Matthew 16:18 and Isaiah 46:11), to fulfill His end-time work.

AND KNK PUSHES BLOCK VOTING TO GUIDE MEMBERS: In my capacity as the present Leader Disciple of the Church, I wish to clarify that the AND KNK is following the example of other churches directing their members to vote for particular candidates in elections for highly specific objectives.

The reason is that the AND KNK believes that any church professing to obey Jesus as its God and Savior must endeavor to assure that those who will be elected to govern the community of believers must be godly, morally upright, and basically righteous in their conduct and in their thoughts.

Jesus Himself has given specific instructions about those wanting to serve as leaders. In Mark 10, He said leaders must be willing to become the slaves of those that they govern. Then, even in the stories of Moses and Joseph, the dreamer, the directive is that leaders must have the Spirit of God dwelling in them, exhibiting fear and love of God at all times.

AND KNK CHOOSES WHOM TO VOTE FOR SENATORS: Pursuant to this Biblical mandate, the members of the AND KNK will also vote for the following as senators: Greco Belgica, Walden Bello, Neri Colmenares, Leila De Lima, Richard Gordon, Panfilo Lacson, Rey Langit, Getulio Napenas, Migz Zubiri, Francis Tolentino, Martin Romualdez and Susan Ople.

Insofar as candidates vying for local positions—among them governors, mayors, and congressmen—are concerned, the local leadership of AND KNK (which are its pastors and deacons in the different provinces, cities and municipalities in the country) had been given the authority to decide whom they would support.

The objective in voting as a block among AND KNK members is to assure that they are properly guided in selecting and choosing the leaders and officials whose conduct are bound to affect each one of them anyway. The selection and choice by AND KNK members are not influenced by any material or pecuniary considerations, but solely by the intent to install leaders who will serve in a godly way!
