LIFE’S INSPIRATIONS: “… However, if you do not obey the Lord your God and do not carefully follow all his commands and decrees…  all these curses will come on you and overtake you… The Lord will strike you with… scorching heat and drought…  which will plague you until you perish. The sky over your head will be bronze, the ground beneath you iron. The Lord will turn the rain of your country into dust and powder; it will come down from the skies until you are destroyed…” (Deuteronomy 28:15, 22-24, the Holy Bible).

THE GOOD OUT OF TRUMP’S EXIT FROM PARIS PACT: It is good that US President Donald Trump decided that America will no longer be part of the Paris climate pact. His reasons maybe viewed as pure selfishness, designed to favor American interests alone. But what he has done should now prompt all of the world to look at climate change and global warming from another equally-important perspective never before considered by scientists and political leaders alike.

Indeed, Trump’s arguments against the climate pact is totally understandable and frighteningly pragmatic: the pact would stymie US’s growth because it is prohibited under it to build additional coal power plants, while China and India can continue to building coal power plants on the other hand.

Trump is correct. This set-up, mostly pushed by former US President Barrack Obama, “would undermine (US) economy, hamstring our workers, weaken our sovereignty, impose unacceptable legal risks, and put us at a permanent disadvantage to the other countries of the world…” (See

PARIS CLIMATE PACT IS BOUND TO FAIL, TOO: While the courses of action listed down by the countries that support the Paris climate pact constitute one significant step towards fighting off global warming and climate change, it is important to note that it has completely avoided what the Word of God, the Christian Bible, is saying as the cause of this worldwide environmental degradation.

In an international culture of grossly ignoring what has been written in the Bible for quite some time now, this deliberate avoidance of what it says on many matters clearly has caused a lot of tragedies among mankind. One of these tragedies is global warming and climate change which the Bible accurately predicted to happen.

That the Bible is being ignored once again in an important international agreement on how to fight environmental destruction such as the Paris climate pact could only lead to the same failures and disappointments all over again, similar to the failures and disappointments that attended previous climate agreements even if trillions of dollars have already been spent on the courses of action launched pursuant to those agreements.

WHAT CAUSED GLOBAL WARMING? MAN’S TURNING AWAY FROM GOD! Here is something I wrote on September 28, 2013 about what truly caused global warming and climate change: “The main thesis of the scientists who just completed their assessment of the global warming and climate change phenomenon in the world in the just-concluded Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change in Stockholm is correct: global warming and climate change are both man-made.

“But unlike the scientists who said that human activity and disregard precipitated the environment’s degradation and decline, my view is that man’s turning away from God, by refusing to read His Bible and to obey His commands, is the real culprit why the weather and climate patterns of the world have changed. Read Deuteronomy 28:15 and 22-23 of the Bible for the explanation.

“In view of this, since it is clear that global warming and climate change have been caused by spiritual decline among many believers, a key solution against these deadly and destructive weather aberrations would be spiritual return for our people, to enable our nation to go back to God by listening to His Word once again, and obeying Him once more.”
