You may agree that the greatest Gift, which all of us have received from God the Father,is our very own breaths! Remember, we can never produce or extend life. Our breaths are a privilege which the almighty gave to all of us. Hence, we have no right to cut it or kill ourselves, despite of all the troubles which we go through here in this world.

It is a given thing that life is now and then entwined with some troubles. Notwithstanding, it is also a fact that, under thatcanopy there are no troubles—too big, which you and I cannot overcome! The one sole key is: not to literally pin down your troubles, but to stay patient in all of your troubles. God is gracious WHO shall not leave us helpless in our personal trials.

“No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.” (1 Cor. 10:13, ESV) Often, God works in ways we do not see—He silently works in our behalf.

The problem though is we always try to topple our own trials all by ourselves without God along. It is in this same instance where we suffer the worse losses. God did not intend troubles to pass our way to either kill or maim us. He allows them to test us instead, so that we can become better individuals.

Gold and other precious metals, all of them, come from the earth. They are extracted out from rocks. Now, a purification process will be undertaken to produce that expensive precious metal. Such process of purification is done through fire—an intense heat of fire, which will easily consume the unnecessary dross and other useless materials, but will at the same time increase the value of the precious metal.

Gold for example—the fire, though how intense, does not consume or dissipate the metal. It instead melts and turns it to become a liquid material, temporarily, through the intensity of the fire. In other words, the longer or stronger heat it is exposed, the better it becomes. Such analogy applies indeed—similarly, to the working process of God almighty in our lives.

For any height of glory, there will always be corresponding or earlier preparations which are critical to the very person who desires such glory. In the Bible, Moses was prepared by God for forty solid years, to lead the Hebrew people into the promise land. The feat of leadership which Moses was to carry, in his shoulder, was not an ordinary one.

No wonder that his preparation took that long, 40 years! Similarly, Joseph was also readied by God in 13 years, before the almighty could bring to pass the former’s dreams. Joseph’s preparation was the dungeon of Egypt. He was inside prison because of a false accusation which he wasn’t guilty of.

As they say, in life we always wear different rings: which attests what kind of level we are in our growing process, to wit: college ring, wedding ring and there you go, SUFFERing! Yes, life’s sufferings are signs that you are improving in life. Know as well that even life’s difficulties have their expiry dates. By all means, it is a guarantee that difficulties do not stay forever!

Friend, are you going through hardships today? Do not quit or throw your life to a total desperation. There is hope! Fight your fight in good faith. Keep pushing your frail vessel upstream, because up there is a greater glory and better blessingsthat await you ahead. What separates champions from the ordinary—there attitude!

The former do not give-up even in their worst adverse situations. Into their minds, there is only one single thing which they insist to believe: that they have to win! God created us to be champions in our individual lives. Do not allow any petty trials to drown you so much, that you can fail to see what is ahead of you! Remember, the best is not behind you but before you!

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Cor. 2:9, NKJV) Another thing, believe also your capacity. Stop to be negative, but now and then declare that you got what it takes! You are born equipped and complete. The answer is in your personal hands and at your own disposal

But most of all, amongst the basic principles in life, do not forget that you need God every step of the way;never fail to ask His guidance. Every time we come to Him for direction, He doesn’t turn His back and say NO to us. He answers all of our prayers! In inner prompts, God continually speaks to us. That same inner direction, in your heart,YOU FOLLOW. God bless you.
