In celebration of its 30th anniversary last October 11, 2014, PMI (Petronline Marketing Inc.) thanked its employees with a fun Cowboy Thanksgiving Night at the Celebrity Hall of Grand Astoria Hotel. The event’s theme is in consonance with the company work atmosphere – it is more fun and worth to work at PMI.

PMI is admired for paying and treating its employees well.  Pump attendants, for example, receive minimum wage rate, overtime pay, high incentives and bonuses, and whose SSS and Philhealth are paid religiously. Aside from in-house regular trainings, PMI employees are also sent outside to management seminars paid by the company. Only few local Zamboanga City businesses complies employee dues and benefits mandated by law completely.

James 5:4 “Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, are crying out against you, and the cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts.” No wonder unscrupulous employers often have the biggest problems in life.
