Meaningful celebrations with UpLift PDF Print E-mail

After its simple launch in a medical symposium last July 2012, UpLift continues to soar up high with pledges for pediatric cancer patients confined at the Zamboanga City Medical Center (ZMC).  When ZMC celebrated its Hospital Day recently, the hospital’s Pediatric Department in partnership with the Ob-Gyn Department had a balloon parade around the hospital to create more public awareness about this dreaded disease and how people can help through UpLift.

UpLift is a non-government organization that source out funds for the medications of pediatric cancer patients from any special occasions. It is a noble humanitarian partnership between I CAN Make A Difference Inc., a private organization that helps communities, and By Gems Party Kingdoms (BGPK), the premier party provider in Western Mindanao.

Any celebrations can be made more meaningful in two UpLift ways.  One, for every BGPK balloon purchased and other BGPK entertainment contracted part of the payment will go to the funding of the medications for the cancer pediatric patients. And second, instead of gifts, celebrants or honorees can ask pledge donations from family and friends for the benefit of the confined cancer patients.  It can be deposited in the BPI bank account (#952 306 1906) of I CAN Make A Difference Inc. for those who prefer to remain anonymous.

Mas alegre ara maga-celebracion with UpLift!
