Since Friday, the 3-Day Crazy Sale of Expression Mobile Center (EMC) has been attracting throngs of people from the young to the young once. EMC in celebration of its 10th anniversary is offering cellphones, laptops, electronic gadgets, and accessories at amazingly low prices. It’s a way to thank the people of Zamboanga and from neighboring areas according to EMC General Manager John Tan. Today is the last day of EMC madness.

When I went there yesterday, it’s like the sale madness in big malls in Metro Manila. People are just happy with the purchases they made. They get the chance to change their old cellphones or upgrade it to newer models at a price they can afford. EMC is selling even new models in the market at prices lower than Metro Manila!

I am glad that buyers are getting the worth of their money. EMC for one is selling brand new units with one year warranty. It’s a hassle when you buy a cellphone from other areas and stores just to find out they have no or short warranty, and when you buy it in Manila, you have to send it back. At EMC, John told me they have repair centers to fix cellphones and if there is a need, it can be replaced immediately if found with a factory defect.

Being the authorized sellers of major cellphone companies, EMC gets special rates, and with this special occasion, the cellphone manufacturers and its Philippines exclusive distributors are supporting EMC anniversary. Here’s the Good Samaritan news, EMC is supporting the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation  which helps children go to school and assist underprivileged communities.

Happy 10th Madness Anniversary, EMC!
