Finally, the general public traversing the long stretch of EDSA in Metro Manila will be imbibed psychological to stay in peace, be in peace, and spread out peace. Add to that, motorists and their passengers who will be caught in EDSA traffic are captive audience of this peace message. On July 27, Project EDSA, known as the Journey of Peace, will unveil the longest mural painting in our country and aiming to be the longest peace mural painting in the world.

The painting started in the last weekend of May invited people of all ages, culture, from government and private organizations to join in this art event organized by AAI, AFP, DLF, OPAPP, and MMDA. The first 500 who will register will get a Bellede Journal Power Planner. If you happen to be in Metro Manila, join by visiting Facebook of Project Edsa. To add more fun, there will be a fun run, fun bike, and fun ride from end to end of EDSA.

AG Saño, our country famous mural painter, who initiated this peace event was also here months ago and had a similar peace mural painting in the walls of Edwin Andrew Airbase. It was in coordination with the Yellow Boat Foundation and Tzu Chi Foundation.  I hope other local organizations will continue it and paint the whole walls of our airport enclosure. It sure will inspire people to be in peace, live in peace, and be peaceful always in our city.
