You read it right especially if you have leadership potentials. You can study at England as a post-graduate scholar of the Chevening program in United Kingdom. This I found out myself from Zamboanga Special Economic Zone Authority (ZamboEcozone) Chairman Chris Arnuco, who became a Chevening scholar himself at the University of Manchester last 2008.  The scholarships offer one-year Master’s degrees (although some awards are for tailor-made short courses) in any subject and at any of the UK’s leading universities.

Chairman Arnuco took up his Masters in International Development: Public Policy and Management and had a one year internship in Turkey.   Presently, there are over 42,000 Chevening alumni around the world who together comprise an influential and highly regarded global network.

Last week, Chairman Arnuco was officially appointed as one of the seven UK Education Ambassadors to help promote in the Philippines the many opportunities of education at UK as a scholar. And he is willing to help those who are interested to apply – just call him for an appointment at Ecozone, he said. Don’t worry; the Chairman is one of our friendliest and nicest local government officials.

Chevening Scholarships are the UK government’s global scholarship programme, funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organisations. The programme makes awards to outstanding scholars with leadership potential from around the world to study postgraduate courses at universities in the UK.

The Chevening programme was established in 1983 and has developed into a prestigious international scheme. Chevening Scholars come from 118 countries worldwide (excluding the USA and the EU), and this year - the 30th anniversary of the programme will support over 600 individuals!

Browse for details. Hurry deadline is November 15, 2013. APPLY NOW for the chance to enhance your career by achieving a prestigious Master’s degree from any of the UK’s leading universities.

Proverbs 2:6-9. “For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding. He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice, and He preserves the way of His godly ones. Then you will discern righteousness and justice and equity and every good course.”
