Seven more persons involved in drug activities were arrested in three separate operations recently.

Muktar Lelleng y Lasalle alias Leng, 31, married, of Kampung Islam and Sherwin Domingo Y Santos alias Kulot, 30, married of Sto. Nino, were arrested by men of the City Anti-illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force led by Insp. Crisanto Sarming Yabo, Jr. in Baliwasan Chico last Saturday afternoon.

Confiscated from their possession were three sachets of suspected shabu, a lighter, improvised tooter, two aluminum foil strips, a pair of scissors, P200 marked money and a Honda XRM motorcycle.

In another operation conducted by the same team also in Baliwasan Chico, policemen nabbed Roel Legados y Dela Cruz, 29, married.

Meanwhile, in Recodo four other suspected drug pushers were arrested by men of the Ayala Police Station led by Sr. Insp. Edilberto Alvarez on the same day.

Alvarez identified those arrested as Bernie Albani y Enjordo, 47, (female), married, Ronald Manubis y Napalcruz, 41, married, Mohammad Nori y Asaali, 22, married and Gilbert Galano y Bartolome, 45, single, all residents of Purok 1B, Recodo.

Confiscated from their possession were four sachets of suspected shabu, several used and unused aluminum foil strips, tissue papers and P200 marked money.

All the arrested suspects were detained while the seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for quantitative and qualitative examination. –Dan Toribio Jr.
