Let us work together towards a resolution, because we are far stronger than any adversity when we stand united,” Natividad stressed.

Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Vice Commandant for Operations Rear Admiral Luis Tuazon as guest speaker lauded the men and women of the Philippine Coast Guard and its auxiliary and encouraged more coordination and conduct of meetings with the local government officials.

“The LGU for sure would have very good knowledge where efforts should be directed with the Coast Guard Auxiliary members would likewise be able to provide inputs to any emergency situations and submit it to the national PCGA,” Tuazon said.

National Deputy Director for Operations Rear Admiral Joseph Dy (PCGA) also lauded the men and women of the auxiliary and its counterpart for their dedicated efforts in helping the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) during the September siege and other calamities in the region. — MLF
