Canada’s Hope for the Nations sees partnership with Zambo PDF Print E-mail

Canada-based Hope for the Nations over the weekend is in exploratory talks with the Department of Education to implement the Progressive Learning Space (PLS) for kids.

The program was conceptualized to mobilize teacher volunteers to provide Alternative Learning Literacy Skills for displaced school children caused by the September 2013 siege. Hope for the Nations Executive Director Patrick Elaschuck visited Zamboanga to confer with DepED Division Superintendent Pete Natividad Rotary Leader Oliver Ong and Congresswoman Lilia Nuno who welcomed the program for displaced school children.

“We welcome any program that is good for our schoolchildren,” Natividad said.

Furtthermore, the core group of PLS for Kids Project was also organized and conducted their Trainors’ Training.
