The police have arrested three persons, including the most wanted person, in the province of Zamboanga del Norte in its campaign against fugitives, an official announced Wednesday.

Zamboanga del Norte police director Senior Supt. James Mejia identified the arrested wanted persons as the following: Nicanor Lomongcan, 35; Rolly Ingad, 29; and, Jimboy Lumacad, 17.

Mejia said that Lomongcan was arrested around 5:20 a.m. Tuesday in his residence in Barangay Mate, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte.

Mejia said that Lomongcan is listed as the Top One Most Wanted Person in Manukan town and is facing charges for violation of of Section 10(a) Article VI of Republic Act 7610.

A warrant of arrest has been issued by the Court with recommended bail of ?160,000.

Mejia said Ingad was arrested around 11 a.m. Tuesday at the municipal gymnasium of Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte.

Ingad is charged for murder and a warrant of arrest without recommended bail has been issued by the Court for his arrest.

Lumacad, who is facing charges for physical injuries, was arrested around 4:40 p.m. Monday along Minaog Highway, Dipolog City.

Mejia said the Court has set a P10,000 bail for his temporary liberty.

He said that all of the arrested wanted persons have been detained.
