A motorcycle stolen in Zamboanga City was recovered by  operatives of the Highway patrol Group 9 recently.

Sr. Supt.  Severino B. Agustin, HPG-9 chief, described the motorcycle as a gray Honda XRM with  plate number 1101 MQ.

The Honda XRM motorcycle was stopped HPG-9 operatives lead by Inspector Mervin S.  Claret with SPOI Joel L.  Claret, PO3 Bobby L. Solis and PO3 Albert Mamaril. Violation because it has no side mirror.

When it was verified with the Land Transportation Office, HPG-9 found out that the registration is fake and manually operated.

Claret said the name of the suspect was withheld so as not to jeopardize the ongoing investigation. The motorcycle was reportedly stolen last January and the incident was  reported to the Sta. Maria Police Station.
