Sr. Insp. Chester N. Natividad, chief of Police Station 10, has formed a Station Advisory Council composed of personalities coming from the local government unit and different sectors under its area of responsibility (AOR) to further sustain and improve its peace and order agenda for the transformation and upholding the rule of law.

The officers and members of the PS10 Advisory Council took their oath and pledge of support last July 31, 2014 at the conference room of the Labuan Barangay Hall.

Labuan Barangay Chairman Ronald O. Maravilla was elected chairman of PS10 SAC while Patalon Barangay Chairman Gaudencio G. Rojas was elected vice chairman.

Among the sectoral personalities appointed as members are: Antonio V. Lacaser, barangay chairman of Limpapa, Rolando Soler, barangay chairman of Sinubong, Yasser Nayic, barangay kagawad of Limpapa and Committee Chair on Peace & Order, Martin M. Guinilac, barangay kagawad of Labuan and Committee Chair on Peace & Order, Arola S. Lopito, barangay kagawad of Patalon and Committee Chair on Peace & Order, Pablito B. Juan, barangay kagawad of Sinubong and Committee Chair on Peace & Order, Ustadz Baruddin Tangkapa (Muslim religious organization), Rev. Father Louieno Alejandro , parish oriest, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal,  Mrs. Anna Bella O. Espinosa, principal, Ramon Enriquez High School, Oscar R. Tiu from the business sector and Dr. Roy Alexis Valdez , chief of Hospital, Labuan Public Hospital.

The Police Station 10 Advisory Council serves not just as an advisory body but also partner towards the attainment of its mission and vision. The PS10 SAC also plays a vital role in the implementation of the Philippine National Police Integrated Transformation Program-Performance Governance System (PNP ITP-PGS).

The institutionalization of Performance Governance System in the PNP gives much emphasis on private-public sector partnership (PPP). It considers ordinary citizens initiatives and their own governance programs that can contribute towards the pursuit of national strategic priorities. It aligns private and public portfolio of initiatives and action programs with the long term strategic needs of our country.
