Was it a stray bullet or intentional shooting?

Police investigators are trying to answer this question relative to the death of a 56-year-old man who was hit by a bullet while sipping a coffee in his chair in Cabatangan Wednesday afternoon.

Apsa Sabandal y Parajan died of bullet wound in the body.

A police report disclosed that Sabandal was sipping coffee inside their house around 4:30 p.m. when a bullet fired by an unidentified person hit him.
