Zambo bizman shot dead in Tungawan PDF Print E-mail

A businessman of Zamboanga City was shot dead in Barangay Tigpalay, Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay last Friday night.

Killed was Allan Tarroza Y Dela Rosa, 39, married, of Putik.

Initial investigation disclosed that Tarroza went to Tungawan to procure coco lumber at Sitio Limbaguhan,  Barangay San Vicente,. However, on his was home to Zamboanga City a gunman shot him while their vehicle was being repaired by his driver at Tigpalay.

A police report disclosed that Tarroza was aboard an Isuzu Elf truck with plate number JEN 797 and loaded with coco lumber. With him were Edgar Delos Santos Y Casaminggo,  the driver, and four other helpers identified as Cassamiro, Barredo Jr Apolinario, Noliser Napolereyes Y Falcasantos, Danilo Mendoza Y Fernando and Floriano Bautista Y Ramos. As they were approaching Tigpalay, Delos Santos informed Tarroza that the engine lining of the truck was facing trouble. Tarroza instructed the driver to stop and fix it.

Police said that while the driver was checking the engine trouble, Tarroza also alighted and the gunman appeared and shot him at close range.

Tarroza sustained multiple bullet wounds in the body and died on the spot.
