City Police Director Sr. Supt. Edwin De Ocampo identified the fatality as Danilo Tejada y Pasia, 58, married, Sherrif II of the NLRC and a resident of Block 3, Lot 19, Phase 1, Dona Feliza Subdivision in Mercedes.

De Ocampo said Tejada sustained three gunshot wounds in the chest and one in the left arm. He died on the spot.
