GSP 5th Regional Committee, 8th Exec Meeting set PDF Print E-mail

The Girl Scout of the Philippines  Western Mindanao Regional Committee Meeting No.0 5 and the Council Executives’ Meeting No 08 for the triennium 2012-2015 will be held on September 12-14, 2014 at Zamboanga Ecozone Freeport Authority , San Ramon , Zamboanga City to be hosted by Zamboanga City Girl Scout Council.

The three-day activity will start Friday, September 12  with the arrival of the Regional Committee Meeting participants and will be followed with a lunch at the Zamboanga City Headquarters . A blessing rites of the WMR Renovated Administration Building in Cabatangan follows at 2 p.m. and the ESCODA Ceremony.

All participants of the meetings will be checked in at the Zamboanga Ecozone in San Ramon at 5 p.m. to be followed with a Welcome Dinner that will have Hon.. Mayor Isabel Climaco-Salazar, Zamboanga Ecozone Chairman Christopher Arnuco, Schools Division Superintendent and Council Commissioner on Administrator Pedro Melchor M. Natividad, GSP National Executive Director  Ma Dolores T, Santiago, District 2 Cong.Hon. Lilia M. Nuño and Regional Chairman Bai Raquel P. Magalona, Al Hadj as Guests of Honors.

The 2nd day activities will start with Regional Committee Meeting no. 05 at 8 a.m., Investiture Ceremony of Troop Leaders of Zamboanga City at 11:00 a.m., Council Executive Meeting No. 08 at 4 p.m., Evening Socials/Farewell Night ,( Hawaiian/Floral Attire) at the EcoZone Poolside at  7 p.m. and Departure Breakfast on the morning of September 14, 2014. Guests will include Schools Division Superintendent and GSP Commissioner on Administration Pedro Melchor Natividad and National Chairman on Ral Properties & Building  Ms. Fe S. Lianos who will give their individual messages and National Secretary and Chairman on Legal Committee , Zamboanga City Atty. Susan N. de los Reyes who will deliver an Inspirational Message.

Participants to these  meetings are the Council Presidents, Council Executives and Girl representatives to the Central Board. — Mila M. Arieta
