A traffic law enforcer of the Land Transportation Office was apprehended by policemen after he was caught violating three traffic laws along Lorenzo St. last Tuesday afternoon.

Reynaldo Bilang, leader of an LTO road law enforcement team, was flagged down by operatives of the Traffic Division after he was seen wearing no crash helmet while driving a motorcycle.

Policemen later found out that Bilang’s motorcycle has no plate number. He was also found out using expired Temporary Operator’s Permit (TOP).

It was learned that Bilang was apprehended by policemen last February for not wearing crash helmet while driving a motorcycle. Confiscated from Bilang was his driver license. He was issued TOP but did not pay the penalty and continues driving the same motorcycle and bringing the expired TOP.

Bilang’s motorcycle was seized. After investigation, the matter was turned over to the LTO for proper action. — Dan Toribio Jr.
