A tricycle driver was shot and wounded in another gun violence in Isabela City Sunday night.

Aniceto Chong y Tapayan, 33, married, sustained bullet wounds in the right and left thigh and in the abdomen.

Police said that Chong was driving his tricycle on his way home in Barangay Sunrise when he was shot by a gunman around 7:20 p.m.

Initial investigation disclosed that Chong was more or less 5 meters away from their house when  the gunman appeared and shot him several times.

Chong was rushed to the hospital where he was declared in critical condition.
