Four more suspected drug pushers fell in the continuing fight against drugs in the city.

The latest anti-illegal drug operation was carried out at Erea Drive, Gov. Ramos Sta Maria last Tuesday afternoon.

Arrested were Faksimar S. Taji alias Arson, 32, married, Rinda H. Taji, 39, married, both residents of Barangay Recodo, and currently residing at Erea Drive, Gov Ramos, Sta Maria, Alvin Waja, 20, single, of Sta. Maria, and Gabriel N Saddalan, 30, single, of Tumaga. They were nabbed by men of the City Anti-illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force. Confiscated from their possession were nine sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia and P300 marked money.

The suspects were detained at the city police office while the confiscated items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination.

Police have readied cases for violations of Sections 5, 11 and 12 of the Republic Act 9165 against the suspects. – Dan Toribio Jr.
