Police round up 20 in 2 anti-drug operations Print

Police have arrested 20 persons including two women in two fresh separate operations in Camino Nuevo and Zambowood as crackdown illegal drugs continues

In the Camino Nuevo operation, police nabbed Eranio Bagat, 48, Jeffrey Dinampo, 31, Amado Bagat, 50, Dante Making, 33,  Vincent Bland, 33 and Arnold Alimbullo. Confiscated from their possession were seven sachets of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.

They were arrested by men of the Central Police Station

Another similar operation carried out by men of the Divisoria Police Station under Chief Insp. Mark Azure in Zambowood resulted in the arrest of Nurma Perez, 38, Sheryl Tanpua, 24, Roderick Lamberte, Ralph Pioquinto, 25, Robin Perez, 37, Rodel Tanpua, 18, Romeo Espedida, 33, Rodel Reyes, 33, Aldrin Perez, 40, Marlon Cabayacruz, 40, Gerwin Teodoro, 28, Daniel Sagaga, 38, Richard Tanpua, 30, and Voltaire Toribio, 28. Confiscated from their possession were two sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, .45 cal. pistol and .38 cal.  revolver.

The suspects were detained while the seized items were forwarded to the 9 th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination. — Dan Toribio
