A security guard and a five-year-old boy were killed while two others were wounded in a shooting rampage in Barangay Recodo last Sunday afternoon.

Killed were Taliba Sabdula, 34, security guard of MC Marketing located along Recodo Highway and Admil Addari. Wounded was Eddie Antong, a pedicab driver and Usna Taha, 82.

Sabdula sustained multiple bullet wounds in the body and died on the spot while Addari was declared dead on arrival at the Brent Hospital while Antong and Taha were confined in the same hospital.

The gunmen sped away aboard a motorcycle.
