Four more wanted persons were arrested in recent separate police operations

Wadar Astih of Sinunuc was arrested by men of the Police Station 11 on the strength of a warrant for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide.

The warrant was issued by Judge Nancy Bantayanon Cuaresma of the Municipal Trial Court Branch I on August 7, 2013. The court recommended P30,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.

Police said the accused was released after he posted the bail.

Randy Villegas y Samson, 28, of Caragasan, Maasin, was nabbed by the same team. He had a pending warrant for usurpation of authority. The warrant was issued by Judge Pablito Pielago, Jr., of the Municipal Trial Court Branch 2 in Pagadian City. The court recommended P40,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.

Maribeth Tolosa y Marantad was arrested by men of the Divisoria Police Station in Putik.

Tolosa was nabbed on the strength of a warrant for violation of Presidential Decree 1602. The warrant was issued by Judge Ivan Mendoza Jr., of the Municipal Trial Court Branch 2. She was released after she posted bail.

May Buenchillo y Francisco was arrested by men of the Ayala Police Station in Tulungatung on the strength of a warrant for grave slander. The warrant was issued by Judge Nancy Bantayanon Cuaresma of the MTC Branch I  The court recommended P6,000 bail bond. — Dan Toribio
