Seven more persons with pending warrants of arrest were held by the police in separate operations.

Rommel Alvarez y Alap-ap, 37, of Talon-Talon, was arrested for murder with case number 29099 dated with  warrant of arrest was issued on July 18, 2014.by Judge Catherine Fabian of the Regional Trial Court Branch 16. Murder is non bailable.

Ernest Fullio y Fernando, 19, of Guiwan was nabbed on the strength of a warrant for rape and attempted rape with case numbers 29710 and 29711. Bail bonds of P200,000 and P6,000  respectively were recommended for his temporary liberty. The warrants were issued by Judge Peter Eisma of the Regional Trial Court.

Meanwhile, men of the Police Station 8 served a warrant of arrest on Joemary  Decimo for the crime of malicious mischief. The warrant was issued by Judge Jaena Angente-Laguda of the Municipal Trial Court in Negros Oriental.

Araji Alpha y Lipae, of Sangali was nabbed on the strength of a warrant for homicide with case number 29000 issued by Judge Catherine Fabian of the Regional Trial Court Branch 16. A bail bond of P30,000 was recommended for his temporary liberty.

Elsa Tayawan y Estrata, 47, of Lower Cabatangan, was nabbed for violation of Section 10 in relation to Section 3(a) (1) of the Republic Act 7610.

The warrant of arrest was issued by RTC Judge Peter Eisma who recommended a bail bond of P80,000 for his temporary liberty.

Ahmad Yahsin y Jalali of Multi was arrested for violation of Section 5(a) of Republic Act No. 9262 with case number 29301.The warrant was issued by RTC Judge Peter Eisma with P24,000 recommended bail bond.

Maria Teresa Salazar y Zamora, 43, of Pasonanca was arrested relative to case under case number 29991.

The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Gregorio Dela Pena of the Regional Trial Court Branch 12.

Police said Salazar posted a P30,000 bail bond. — Dan Toribio
