Policemen serve warrants of arrest on cop, teacher PDF Print E-mail

Four people including a policeman and a teacher with pending warrants of arrest were held by the police in separate incidents recently.

PO2 Patricio Tomaroy, Jr., married, of Labuan, was arrested by men of the Police Station 11 under Chief Insp. Edilberto Alvarez.

Tomaroy has a pending warrant of arrest for violation of Section 5(a) in relation to Section 6(a) of the Republic Act 9262 with case number 30038. The warrant was issued by Judge Peter Eisma of the Regional Trial Court Branch 15.

The court recommended P24,000 bail bond for Tomaroy’s temporary liberty.

Lucena Layague y Morales, 49, of Guiwan was arrested on the strength of warrant for violation of the Batas Pambansa Bilang 22 with case number 128965.

The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Marilou Runes of the Municipal Trial Court Branch 72, National Capital Region.

Layague posted P2,000 bail bond.

Teresita Francisco, 60, a school teacher of the Pasonanca Elementary School and a resident of Masuhod, Tumaga was arrested on the strength of a warrant for estafa through falsification of public documents with case numbers 29894, 29795, 29896 and 29897.

Francisco posted the P24,000 bail bond for her temporary liberty.

Roberto Guzman, 35, married, of Calabasa was arrested on the strength of warrant for slight physical injury with case number 51272.— Dan Toribio
