23 UCHAI members to get certificates of full payment PDF Print E-mail

The United Christian Homeowners’ Association, Inc. (UCHAI) of Sinunuc will award certificates of full payment and deeds of absolute sale to 23 of its members tomorrow, March 7, in a simple program at 2 p.m. at the City Health Office conference room at Pettit Barracks, this city.

City Housing and Homesite Regulation Officer Rodrigo Pagotaisidro said the memorandum of agreement between the UCHAI and the landowners has already expired last December 2014 but the community association officers are negotiating for an extension of the period of payment for the sake of those who failed to meet the deadline.

Pagotaisidro was hopeful that with the awarding of new certificates of full payment and deeds of absolute sale, other UCHAI members will be encourage to fully settle their lot obligation.

He further said the UCHAI is acquiring the properties of Amelita B. Chiong through direct purchase negotiation.
