The new police station of Isabela City and the multi-purpose building in Camp Batalla, this city, are expected to completed on June, this year.

Police Regional Office-9 Logisitic Officer Sr. Supt. Alan Nazarro said the police station in Isabela City  is a two- storey building with roof deck and function hall with separate barracks building for police troopers. The surrounding area of the new police station is fenced. Total land mass area is more less one hectare.

To recall, the ground breaking of the new building of the Isabela City police was led by the late Interior and Local Government Secretary Jess Robredo in 2013 with Mayor Cherrylyn S. Akbar and former PRO9 Regional Director Napoleon R. Estilles witnessing.

The new two-storey multi-purpose building of PRO-9 in Camp Batalla wil also be completed by June.

“It’s up to Regional Director Chief Supt. Edgar O. Basbas when he will set the date of the inauguration of the two projects,” Nazarro said.

He added that another Toyota Hi- Ace van is coming for PRO-9. — Allen Abastillas
