amount is intended for the light and water connections to the houses of each IDP-family.

Mayor Climaco urged the IDP-families to make proper use of the amount given to them and to take good care of the houses allotted to them. She said the IDPs should help themselves and help the government in the effort to bring back a better Zamboanga.

The distribution of the cash assistance came after the IDPs underwent a 3-hour social preparation where they were oriented on issues related to sanitation, garbage, livelihood programs, housing policies and rules and regulations and power and water.
