2 women injured in LPG tank blast PDF Print E-mail

Two women sustained burns in their body after a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tank exploded in a house at Sto. Niño Drive, Tumaga early Wednesday morning.

Nheasa Santos, 58, and Mirasol Cruz, 37, both suffered first degree burns in their face and forearms.

A police report disclosed that the incident took place at the house of Proferio Santos around 4:15 a.m.

They were taken to the hospital for treatment while firemen rushed to the area to put off the fire sparked by the LPG explosion.

Police said a portion of the house was destroyed due to the fire which was contained by the firefighters.around 4:20 a.m. — Dan Toribio Jr.
