The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) is a recipient of a Php 6 million project initiated by District I Congressman Celso L. Lobregat.

Congressman Lobregat inspected the project on Saturday accompanied by Councilors BG Guingona, Charlie Mariano and former City Councilor Rudy Lim. The project consists of the concreting of 600 lm of road covering four sites within the PCA compound at Barangay Talisayan.

PCA is not only the biggest Research Center, it also has the potential of an eco-tourism spot. At the PCA compound, Congressman Lobregat was met by Mr. Ramon L. Rivera, Department Manager III, Zamboanga Research Center.
