Men of the Divisoria Police Station led by Sr. Insp. Arlan Delumpines have been trying to locate a police “asset” of Davao City who went into hiding after he figured in a vehicular accident along Lobregat Highway in Boalan last Thursday.

Police also recovered a sachet of shabu, drug paraphernalia and a .45 caliber pistol aboard the Toyota Revo of Nasser Casanguan, civilian informant of the Davao City Anti-illegal Drug Special Operation Task Force.

A police report disclosed that Casanguan was driving a Toyota Revo heading for the city proper around 12:15 noon when upon reaching Boalan he accidentally bumped a Toyota Vios driven by Hudson Apao Parajado with a passenger Geraldine Apao Pajardo who sustained injuries in the body and was taken to the hospital.

Police said due to the impact, the Toyota Vios bumped a PUJ ahead of them, driven by Edgar Salvador Saavedra.

However police said Casanguan abandoned his vehicle and escaped.

During an ocular investigation, Delumpines and his men recovered a sachet of shabu, .45 caliber pistol, drug paraphernalia and his identification card inside the Toyota Revo of Casanguan.

Witnesses told  the police they saw three persons fleeing from the crashed Toyota Revo. – Dan Toribio Jr.
