A drinking spree ended up in tragedy after a 56-year-old man was stabbed to death by his drinking pal at Sitio Little Tondo, San Roque last Saturday night.

Frederic Alberto y Taro, married, of Flamingo, Calarian, was stabbed by Rogelio Faustino y Delos Santos, 58, of Sampaloc, San Roque.

Police said Alberto sustained two stab wounds in the chest and stomach and died on the spot.

Faustino surrendered to the police after the incident and was detained for the filing of charges in court.
