The Highway Patrol Group -9 has passed the initiation stages in the Performance of Governance System (PGS) for demonstrated commitment and effectively compliant on the  Philippine National Police Patrol Plan 2030.

A plaque of certificate from Camp Crame was presented by Sr. Supt.  Joel R. Dimaano, HPG- 9 chief, during the  4th Regional Highway Patrol Unit- 9 Regional Advisory Council-9 (RAC- 9 ) meeting presided by  Chairman Atty. Jose Rizalino L. Ortega  last September 17, 2015 held at the Conference Hall of Land Transportation Office-9.

Present during the presentation were LTO-9 Asst. Regional Director Yusop Lamping, Jess Burnos of Marina, Ritchie Hibionada, Jonathan Tan, Supt. Alejandro  O. Espiritu III, Sr. Insp. Inocencio P. Jamolod, SPO3 Ruvie C. Mas and  Allen Abastillas from the media sector.

Dimaano thanked the RHPU-9 Regional Advisory Council for their support to HPG- 9 in its accomplishments and enforcement of traffic laws.

RHPU -9 RAC has approved a resolution for the conduct and scheduling of a one-day seminar on selling of secondhand motorvehicles and spareparts and their responsibility on how to apply for motorvehicle clearance from the Highway Patrol Group -9 on assembling a secondhand motorvehicles.

The one-day seminar is schedule before the second week of December 2015.  RAC-9 is expected to invite officials from the Department of Trade and Industry, Land Transportation and Franchizing Regulatory Board- 9 and representatives from the local government units. — Allen Abastillas
