City Agriculturist Diosdado Palacat noted the project is a worthwhile endeavor as it helps promote a healthy lifestyle and assists families earn extra income through the production and selling of vegetables. The Bahay    Kubos will also serve as a model for prudent land use and self-sufficiency for other houses in the community.
