The Land Transportation Office-9’s Drivers License Renewal Center at  Yubengco Mall in Putik has been fast tracking the printing of license cards from January to March this year.

DLRC  Officer-in-Charge Hapsa Taha- Aspi disclosed that starting January her office’s printing machine suffered breakdown due to constant power outaged and slow signal from other networks.

Aspi explained that the printing machine was installed on September last year by a private firm from Manila. But it became  fully operated on the month of October.

“ We fast track the printing of license cards from January to March. In fact we conducted printing every Saturday and Sunday for extra job so that we can finish printing all the work backlogs. The printing machine can print 250 in Saturday and 250 on Sunday. We try our best to finish all the unprinted license cards. Aside from renewal everyday. We also allocate time to print 150 license cards every working day,”Aspi revealed.

According to Aspi, this coming Saturday and Sunday she will not do an extra job because the computer firm from Manila will conduct system  maintenance operations for the signal of the computer internet in her office.

Aspi asked for consideration from the public for the inconvenience in her office.

“ If we can not cope the time of printing we also endorse it to Electronic mobile of LTO -9 along San Jose Road and to Zamboanga City Licensing Office for the satisfaction of LTO -9 clients to fast track  the delivery of quality time management,” Aspi said. —  Allen Abastillas
