Cop, 2 pals face murder rap for salesman killing PDF Print E-mail

Police have forwarded to the City Prosecutor Office a murder case against a policeman and his two companions in connection with the killing of a salesman in Barangay Tumaga two months ago.
City Police Director Sr. Supt. Edwin De Ocampo disclosed that the suspects are still at large and assured that they will be arrested as soon as the court will issue the warrant of arrest.
The suspects were identified as PO3 Simeon Acain, married, of the 9th Regional Public Safety Battalion, Nhadzmin Ramirez and a certain Dennis.

The three were tagged as the perpetrators behind the killing of Lucas Cabot y Masal, Jr., 42, married, a salesman of Wurth Company, dealer of car parts and accessories from Germany.
Cabot was found dead at the vicinity of Antipolo Drive, Tumaga with visible injuries in the body.

The Sta. Maria police interrogated the residents and other witnesses in the area and came out with the identities of the suspects including of that of Acain.
The murder case was submitted to the city prosecutor office under I.S. number IX-06-INV-11F-00272 and was duly received and signed by Asst. Prosecutor Aureen Deles, last June 27, 2011. — Dan Toribio Jr.
