The long arm of the law has finally caught an alleged notorious and dangerous big time drug pusher operating in Tetuan.

Nabbed was Miller Junsay Pasensoy, a widow of Villa Asuncion, Tetuan. He was arrested together with Edmar Mejoy Agramon, alias Mac-Mac, 21, of Talon-Talon.

A police report disclosed that Pasensoy and Agramon were arrested after a short exchange of gunfire that took place when the suspects resisted arrest during a shabu buy bust operation around 4 p.m.

City Police Director Sr. Supt. Angelito Casimiro disclosed that men of the Tetuan Police Station led by Supt. Nonito Asdai conducted around 4 p.m. a buy-bust operation with Pasensoy as the target.

However after marked money and a sachet of shabu changed hands, Pasensoy sensed that it was a police operation. He grabbed an M4 assault rifle and opened fire on the police team.

Pasensoy and Agramon ran towards his house and tried to elude arrest.

Asdai and his men chased the suspects but were shot again.

At this point, a SWAT team led by Supt. Ariel Huesca arrived and arrested Pasensoy and Agramon.

Confiscated from their possession were a medium size sachet of shabu, 56 rounds of ammunition of 5.56 mm, two long and two short magazines for M16 rifle with 31 rounds of ammunition,  .45 caliber pistol loaded with seven bullets, M16 (M4) rifle and one spent shell of M16.

The seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination while the suspects were detained at the Tetuan Police Station.
