District 1 Congressman Celso Lobregat is looking forward to the grand opening tomorrow of KCC Mall de Zamboanga, touted as the biggest mall in the city and in Zamboanga Peninsula.

Lobregat recalled that during his stint as mayor of the city the mall’s groundbreaking commenced in October 10, 2012 with the presence of other city government officials and concessionaires.

The re-electionist congressman also extends his congratulations and best wishes to the grand opening. He also commends the KCC mall management and mall developers for investing in the city.
