The Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) being pushed by Malacañang Palace is foolishness. It will not bring peace to Mindanao and the whole country,  said Senator Bongbong Marcos yesterday during a press conference Palmeras, this city.

Marcos ssaid that BBL will not pass in the House of Representatives and it is  dead in Senate.

The senator claimed that BBL, aimed to complete the government’s peace intiative in southern Philippines, will not benefit both Muslims and Christians and it will only sow divisions among the people.

“ Pagbukas ng Senado sa session. BBL issue is dead. We have a substitute bill for the benefits of the people of Mindanao and the whole country is fair to everyone. It is a 150-page bill.    The new bill is called “Basic Law in Bangsa Moro in the Autonomous Region,” Marcos said.
