Assistant Secretary Roberto Cabrera, Land Transportation Office’s new chief, recently met with LTO-9 Director Aminola P. Abaton and some LTO 9 officers during a visit in Dipolog City

Abaton said the visit of  ASSEC Cabrera in Region 9 was part of his program to see the general welfare of LTO personnel and  the agency’s operations nationwide in every regional office.

Cabrera’s visit was also a part of his program to assess and see personally on the ground the general situation of the regional  offices.

During a Directors conference held at the LTO central office, Abaton said that Cabrera issued memorandum stating that LTO will create an “Anti- Fixing Task Force” in every regional office nationwide.

Cabrera directed  Abaton to continue the delivery of quality time management and efficient services to LTO-9’s clients.

LTO 9 is one of top five ranking regional offices on top performance nationwide. Abaton is the chairman of the Disciplinary Committee in Central Office and also the Chairman of the Committee on Technical Working Group in Central Office. — Allen Abastillas
