Phone store in mall robbed PDF Print E-mail

Men of the Divisoria Police Station are investigating a robbery case involving a cell phone store at the Yubenco Star Mall in Putik.

Police said the robbery was discovered at the K Star Cellphone Accessories around 9:38 a.m. Wednesday.

Ocular investigation showed the burglars broke into the mall through the exhaust of the stock room at the 4th floor.

The robbers proceeded to the K Star Cellphone and Accessories and took six My Phone cellphones, 16 Q-net cellphones, two Lenovo and a Samsung tablets all worth P72, 210.

The burglars also proceeded to the Habagat stall and where they took one habagat brand backpack worth P1,500 and P1,070 in cash.

Meanwhile, Ernard Villamor, single, of Zone 8, Ayala was arrested by policemen after he was linked to some robberies in the west coast.

Police said that a Samsung computer monitor was recovered from the suspect’s possession.
