The National Association of Electricity Consumers for Reform (NASECORE) will be conducting a Power Forum with the theme “Establishing Transparency and Accountability in ZAMCELCO” Tuesday, March 15 from 1-5pm at the Centro Latino in Paseo del Mar.

This activity is shared with the City Government of Zamboanga in its continuous effort to address issues and concerns that encircle the city’s power problems that undermine the city’s resilience to be better and more competitive.

The same forum will also give life to the Sangguniang Panlungsod resolution urging the Energy Regulatory Commission (NEA) to conduct a Regulatory Audit of Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative in a bid to resolve the firm’s weaknesses and look for best solutions to these flaws.

The forum was originally set in the morning but it has been moved to 1-5pm, Tuesday, March 15 at Centro Latino. For all invited participants, please contact Ms. Marissa E. Aizon, President of NASECORE at landline (062) 310-3070 for confirmation and more details. (City Investment PR)
