The campaign sorties of “Team Colorao” yesterday featured unity convergence when they joined city government employees during their Monday flag-raising ceremony at the city hall grounds where all departments by the city mayor herself attended.

Showing solidarity, the “Team Colorao” candidates led by incumbent House Representatives Celso Lobregat and Lilia Nuño led went on a campaign swing office to office expressing intention to serve another term.

The scene became a moment of reunion for Congressman Lobregat as he was welcomed with hugs and kisses by the department heads and his former colleagues in city hall where he served for nine straight years as chief executive.

“We wish he is our mayor. He is very prudent in his job and in looking into the welfare of the government employees. He works even at wee hours just to finish his obligations to the people, we missed him here in city hall” an employee said.

Employees and constituents doing transactions in city hall also cited the professionalism displayed by the red team amid the presence of other candidates in the same location who are also conducting similar sorties.
