Thieves take cable wires at IDP housing PDF Print E-mail

Thieves struck anew at Z3R housing for IDPs at Sitio Aplaya, Rio Hondo on Tuesday taking cable wires worth P72,000.

Nadzmer Indanan, field engineer of the Vicente Lao Construction, appeared at the Central Police Station to report the robbery.

Initial investigation showed that robbers stole the cable wires at six newly constructed houses.

The incident was discovered last Tuesday by the construction firm.

Police are investigating the case.

Meanwhile, Kumalah Jadi y Sappayani, 42, married, of Lower Calarian was arrested during a buy-bust operation at Mormons Drive, Tetuan before noon yesterday .

Jadi was nabbed by men of the Station’s Anti-illegal Drug Special Operation Task Force led by SPO3 Marlowe Jon Buen under Supt. Diomarie Albarico.

Confiscated from the suspect’s possession were a large size sachet of suspected shabu and P1,500 marked money.

The suspect was detained at the Police Station 11 while the seized item was forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examinations – Dan Toribio
