Land Transportation Office Zamboanga City District Office Head Noel M. Noche advises all beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pasada to get their  fuel subsidy card at the LTO-9 ffice or any district office in the region.

Noche said it is very easy to avail of and get the PP card from any LTO district office if a personis a member of an association of public utility jeepney operators and drivers in the region.

Items to bring when getting the fuel subsidy card areXerox copies of documents like Official Receipt, Certificate of Registration, Franchise, Driver’s licence with authentication by the owner of the PUJ.

Noche said LTO-9 Director Aminola P. Abaton  and all regional directors nationwide  have received a memorandum from  LTO Virginia P. Torres dated July 14 directing them to fasttrack the distribution  of the Pantawid Pasada card to recipients.

The directive issued by Torres was ordered by new Transportation & Communications  Secretary Mar Roxas.
Meanwhile, Noche appeals to owners of motorvehicles with ending 7 plate to renew their registration as soon as possible.
He said that renewing the registration early will save time and money on their part.

If a vehicle owner pays after the last day on July  29, 2011, he pay 50% fine and surcharge.
Noche also appeals to some owners of motorvehicles to discard their “last two minutes” attitude or “mañana” habit.  — Allen Abastillas
