Ayala Police Station Sr. Insp. Karib Muharram disclosed that his team rushed to the said place around 8:30 a.m. responding to a report from a resident who was among those who discovered the amputated arms.

Policemen found the pair of arms amid garbages and during investigation a certain Rohelmina Alupindo told lawmen that the amputated arms belonged to Allan Cariño, 44, of Purok 5B.

The physician told Cariño’s relatives to bury the amputated arms in a proper place and not to dump it in the garbage pile.
