The owner of a gun repair shop was killed after he was sideswiped by a speeding motorcycle along Gov. Camins Avenue, this city last Saturday night.
Marlon Patacsil sustained head injury and was rushed to a hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.

A concerned citizen, Marco Miguel of Canelar, told the police that the incident took place around 11 p.m. fronting a batchoy eatery near a hotel.
Miguel said he was sitting on his motorcycle along the road waiting for his mother when he saw a man who was later identified as Patacsil hit by a skeleton-type motorcycle.

Miguel said that Patacsil was crossing the street when a motorcycle driven by an unidentified man with a backrider heading west bumped him.
The motorcycle crashed on the road while Patacsil fell on the pavement.

Miguel added that the backrider was also injured in the mouth but he boarded again the motorcycle that sped away towards San Jose Gusu.
Patacsil was rushed to a hospital while Miguel chased the hit-and-run suspects.

However when they reached the intersection of Suterville and San Roque, the suspects stopped and the backrider threatened him with these words “what do you want from us?”.

Miguel said the driver signalled to pull something from his waist prompting to him to withdraw and return to the scene of accident.
The motorcycle carries no plate number.

Miguel said he can recognize the suspects if he will see them again.
